作為潮菜第二代,除了為顧客提供原有菜式,保持其優質的傳統懷舊口味,同時也會增加新的菜式,並加以更加真誠的服務,從而保證每一位顧客都開心而來,滿意而歸!
所以,我特意確定了有助於實現這目標的三個關鍵要素:
首先,與供應商建立了更加穩固的關係。
其次,我們的每一道菜是由我們尊敬的總廚 勇師傅和我 共同開發並親自嘗試的。
第三,我們在選材、加工及烹飪上不斷地訓練和技術發展。
我會努力並盡全力, 保證食材安全與優質, 同時加強廚藝精湛,以便我們能夠在競爭對手中脫穎而出。

As a second-generation, I strive to provide our customers with a nostalgic, traditional taste and sincere service. I have identified three key elements that contribute to these goals:
First, we have established stable relationships with our suppliers.
Second, our menu is developed by myself and our respected head chef, Chef Yong.
Third, we prioritize continuous training and skill development in cooking.
I am committed to working diligently to strengthen our ingredients and cooking skills so that we can stand out among our competitors.
Why do I exist, and what is our purpose?
Our mission is to create happiness for our society, customers, staff, and business partners.
I believe that customers come to us for more than just filling their stomachs. Food serves as the foundation of our customers' experience, and our staffs find joy in seeing the smiles on our customers' faces.
I am confident that if I maintain my focus on using top-quality ingredients and honing our cooking skills, our restaurant will continue to improve day by day.
We are fortunate to have honorable customers from not only the local community and mainland China but also from all over the world who visit Man's Chiuchow Cuisine.
